The Community of Research on Excellence for All (CREA) is an interdisciplinary research centre with over 60 researchers from the University of Barcelona and other universities pursuing the common objective of analysing the most successful actions to reduce inequalities. For nearly 25 years, CREA has conducted extensive research in sociology, economics, gender, leducation and other disciplines, promoting excellent research with scientific, social and political impacts. It has coordinated 4 projects unded by the EC Framework Programmes. Universitat de Barcelona (UB) is the leading institution for university research in Spain (with more than 5,000 full-time researchers, technicians and research assistants) and one of the most active in Europe. It is the top Spanish university in the QS World University Ranking.
